Ask most any competitor, body builder, or trainer and they probably have made this dessert at one time or another.
Now, I on the other hand couldn’t get this basic treat right. So 3 years later, I finally figured it out! I wanted to share this with those of you who may not be aware of this option for using your protein powder.
299 CALORIES!
Protein 40 grams, 53%
Carbs 13 grams, 17% (3 grams fiber), 5g Sugar
Fat 10 grams, 30% (0 sat fat)
Whey Protein -1 scoop (I used chocolate MaxPro)
PB2 -1 Tbsp (powdered chocolate peanut butter)
Egg Whites- 2 Tbsp’s
SugarFree Davinci Hazelnut Syrup- 1 pump
Almond Butter, 1 Tbsp (Only the fresh ground almonds nothing added!)
Baking Powder, 1 small pinch (any more and your belly will rise too!)
Fat Free Whipped Cream, 2 Tbsp
Sprinkle of Cinnamon on top
In a small glass bowl mix the protein powder, egg whites, pinch of baking powder, Syrup (SUGAR FREE!), PB2
Place in the microwave for NO MORE THAN 20 seconds. The brownie should rise but, if over cooked it will be dryer than shit!
Top with Almond butter, whip and cinnamon.
