Grilled Brussel Sprouts!

My solution for salt cravings: Instead of potatoes chips, I take the largest Brussel Sprouts I can find and separate the leaves, season with sea salt and cinnamon, little spray with Pam then grill those bad boys up!

Some do this with Kale but I find that the leaves are fragile and don’t crunch like the thicker sprout leaves:)

Perfect pairing with a Filet!
